Qualifications

• Five years of food and beverage experience in a restaurant operation.

• Possess Food Handler Certification and OLCC card within 30 days of employment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes exemplary customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
• Supervises staff including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluations.
• Oversees restaurant operations to ensure smooth front/back-of-house flow.
• Assists with banquet operations including setup, service, teardown.
• Assists with the budget process and annual work plans.
• Communicates policy changes and operational information to staff clearly.
• Maintains safety and health procedures and compliance with policies.
