Job summary

Station Casinos in Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Steakhouse Bus Person to join the Durango team. You will support servers by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining area, and ensuring guests experience a smooth, attentive service with a touch of luxury.

The ideal candidate has prior bus person experience in a full-service dining room, can lift trays, and communicates effectively with guests and team members. Work cards and hospitality orientation are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bus Person in a full service dining room preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry full trays/bus trays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

• Working in conjunction with captain and food server to exceed guest standards.
• Ensuring cleanliness of the tables and maintain their overall appearance.
• Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times, including but not limited to dinner plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes.
• Responsible for prompt clear and reset of tables after each guest.
• Inspecting entire floor area, ensure that it is clean and side stations are well-stocked.
