Job summary

Sysco (old) is seeking an on-site meat processing role in Dallas to support steak cutting machines by trimming steaks displaying heavy fat or damage and labeling products with proper grade before leaving the prep table. The position includes filling orders, evaluating quality, marinating steaks, and reading prep tickets for the table’s responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of muscle groups, trim types, and the ability to assist portion cutters.
