Job summary

Buckhead & Newport Meat and Seafood is seeking an efficient team member in Dallas to support steak cutting operations. You will trim steaks to remove heavy fat or damaged portions and label products with the correct grade before they leave the prep table.

Responsibilities include assisting on the cutting line, marinating steaks, and reading prep tickets to ensure accurate processing of all cuts. The role requires knowledge of muscle groups and trim types used in portioning.

Qualifications

• Experience trimming steaks and labeling grades.
• Ability to read and interpret prep tickets.
• Familiar with marinading steak products.
