Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality’s Midland Staybridge Suites is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and memorable departures. You’ll be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest feels cared for and valued from first contact to checkout.

In this on-site role, you’ll manage reservations, guest requests, and billing while coordinating with team members to keep operations running like clockwork in Midland, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
