Job summary

AMETEK Rotron in the United States is seeking a production associate to manufacture stator winding assemblies used in high-performance fans, blowers, and cooling systems. You will read and interpret assembly drawings and workstation instructions, perform coil wind and insulation tasks, and participate in in-process inspections to ensure defects are not present.

Candidates should have basic math and computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and strong dexterity.

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and workstation instructions.
Ability to build all assemblies according to technical drawings and process.
Basic math and computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Good hand eye coordination (Dexterity).
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while seated for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Manufacture high-quality stator winding assemblies for fans, blowers, and cooling systems.
Read and interpret assembly drawings and workstation instructions.
Complete in-process inspections and identify non-conformities.
Perform coil wind, insulation, sew, attach/position, insert, motor wind, mask, clean and unmask stator assemblies.
Maintain high quality and meet output expectations.
Adhere to company policies and manage time effectively.
Perform other related tasks as required.
