Job summary

Niacc-Avitech Technologies Inc is seeking a skilled Stator & Armature Winding Technician to wind, assemble, and inspect electric motor stators and armatures. You will perform manual coil winding, wire handling, and quality inspection to ensure proper workmanship.

You will read wiring and winding diagrams, install copper wire and insulation, perform soldering/brazing, and maintain production records while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in stator winding, armature winding, or motor assembly.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, winding diagrams, and work instructions.
• Understanding of wire sizes, coil turns, insulation materials, and winding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual winding of stators and armatures according to drawings and winding patterns.
• Install and position copper wire, coils, insulation, sleeves, wedges, and other winding components.
• Prepare, form, insert, tie, lace, and secure coils as required.
