Job summary

AMETEK ROTRON in Woodstock, NY is seeking an assembler for fans, blowers and modules. You will read wiring diagrams, assemble components and inspect finished products to ensure correct fit and function. This on-site role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

You must hold or obtain a solder certificate and complete yearly ESD training. The position requires good hand-eye coordination and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Hourly, with standard shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and hook-up assemblies per drawing.
• Must hold or obtain solder certificate and yearly ESD training.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret routings, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Assemble final fan, blower & module products from subcomponents.
• Use basic measuring tools to verify parts and measurements.
• Perform soldering and electrical subassembly tasks.
• Inform team lead of supply or tooling needs and production issues.
• Maintain clean, safe workstations and meet quality/output goals.
