Job summary

Trane Technologies in Charlotte, NC seeks a Winder II to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair large motor stators for HVAC systems. The role operates on a 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. schedule, Monday–Friday, on-site at the Charlotte facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform winding, assembly, repair, and rework on stators.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot stators during assembly and after winding.
• Verify dimensional, electrical, and workmanship requirements.
• Complete all required documentation for production and quality records.
• Support process improvements and efficient workflow.
