Job summary

Delta Air Lines in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Ground Maintenance Mechanic (Stationary) to maintain stabilized stationary machinery and equipment. You will perform inspections, minor troubleshooting, repairs, component replacements, cleaning, and assembly in a safety-conscious environment.

The role requires at least 6 months in an industrial powered mechanical setting, understanding mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and the ability to work a fixed/rotating schedule including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 6 months in an industrial powered mechanical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of components.
• Maintain passenger loading bridges and related equipment and systems.
• Clean, assemble and service stationary machinery and equipment.
• Report issues to GSE supervision and coordinate with team.
