Association-of-Universities-For-Research-in-Astronom in Baltimore, MD seeks an experienced Stationary Engineer V (Temporary) to operate, monitor, maintain, and repair essential building systems. The role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, alarms, environmental controls, UPS, and BAS, with a strong emphasis on reliability and safety.

Qualified candidates will hold a Maryland Grade 1 Stationary Engineer License and bring 15+ years of facilities experience, with proven leadership abilities

Competenze

• Requires Maryland Grade 1 Stationary Engineer license and 15+ years of facilities experience.
• Strong knowledge of boiler operations, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineering staff and coordinate maintenance teams.

• Operate, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical building systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, alarms, environmental controls, UPS, and BAS.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and respond to equipment failures.

Schedule: First Shift, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (report by 5:45 AM).
