Qualifications

Requires Maryland Grade 1 Stationary Engineer license and 15+ years of facilities experience.
Strong knowledge of boiler operations, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance.
Ability to lead and mentor engineering staff and coordinate maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical building systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, alarms, environmental controls, UPS, and BAS.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and respond to equipment failures.
Mentor junior engineers and coordinate work with Facilities Operations team.
