Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in medical/commercial facilities with environmental requirements.
• Third Grade Engineer license or test-ready with verification letter.
• Must meet City of Houston requirements and be test-ready for Third Grade Engineer position.
• Must obtain Third-Grade Stationary Engineer License within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and operate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in Pearland Administrative Building.
• Coordinate with vendors per Facilities Group guidelines.
• Play a role in ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.
