Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess a City of Houston 1st Grade Stationary Engineer's License.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity in a similar size facility.
• Experience with METASYS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides HVAC, electrical, plumbing for museum facility.
• Maintains mechanical equipment and reviews daily logs for accuracy.
• Operates aerial lifts and forklifts; drives various vehicles to job sites.
• Escorts E&F contractors and supervises their work on MFAH properties.
