Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks a Stationary Engineer to operate and maintain plant equipment in a cost-effective, safe, reliable and efficient manner at our Nashville area facilities.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience operating stationary equipment in a central utility plant, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; occasional flexible scheduling may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver's license required and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working conditions and report unsafe areas.
• Perform preventative and minor repairs on plant equipment.
• Operate plants as a Stationary Engineer per policies.
• Ensure water quality and maintain plant chemistry.
• Maintain maintenance records and write work orders.
• Represent Constellation onsite and maintain customer relationships.
• Monitor plant operations via controls systems.
• Flexible schedule based on facility events.
