Job summary

Surf Air Mobility in Dallas seeks a Station Manager to lead airport operations and customer service at our local stations. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and coordinate with corporate headquarters to align service standards with company goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage 24/7 operations, equipment and facilities, while building relationships with the local business community and ensuring exceptional

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
• Fluency in English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead station staff and ensure effective utilization of personnel.
• Ensure FAA, Airline, and airport regulations are followed.
• Act as liaison with corporate offices and the local community.
• Maintain records and monthly performance reporting.
• Hire and schedule staff within budget; uphold safety standards.
