Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations and assist the Station Manager. You will ensure accurate cash handling, maintain a clean, safe store environment, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or fuel environment.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school graduate and 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility.
• Maintain oversight of station operations and staff in the Station Manager's absence.
• Provide work direction, motivation and coaching to staff during shifts to ensure assigned tasks are completed in accordance with CSI's guidelines and expectations.
• Support and adhere to CSI's safety, security, quality guidelines, as well as all other CSI policies, procedures, practices, and programs.
• Maintain courteous, professional contact with customers, coworkers and community.
