Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. is seeking a Station Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations, ensure safety, and manage staff performance. You will recruit, train, coach, and discipline team members while coordinating with HR and Operations to maintain standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and instructions.
• Previous managerial experience in retail, food service or fuel environment.
• Available to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail facility and manage employee matters.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline staff as needed.
• Manage station performance, safety, finances, and operations with support from Human Resources, Operations, and Facilities.
• Conduct audits, cash handling, and payroll submission in compliance with policy.
• Lead station meetings and communicate essential information to staff.
