Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead employment and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and effective scheduling.
  • Oversee inventory, cash management, and facility maintenance.
  • Provide a clean, appealing, and well-stocked environment.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the District Manager. The location's Assistant Manager, Lead Sales Associate, and Sales Associates report to this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant industries.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven team motivator with leadership skills.
  • Completion of a Food Service Sanitation Management course and valid certificate.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary Operator Licenses.
  • Customer service excellence and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 21 years of age, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stoop, reach, climb, shovel, sweep, and mop.

Additional Requirements

1-3 years of prior management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant settings is required. Must complete required legal and safety certifications.
