• Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, Planning, Contracts, Personnel)
• Meet strategic goals and performance objectives
• Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligations
• Act as the main contact for FAA relations
• Maintain staffing levels
• Ensures contract obligations and customers’ expectations are met
• Upsell contract terms
• Provide status reports to customers
