Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Accountable Manager for a FAA Part 145 Component Repair Station in the College Park, GA area. This executive-level leader will have full responsibility for the operational, financial, technical, and regulatory performance of the repair station.

The successful candidate will serve as the senior leader of the business, overseeing all aspects of Operations, Quality, Materials, Planning, Contracts, Customer Support, and Personnel while driving profitable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience within a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station.
• Strong knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations.
• Experience serving as the primary FAA liaison.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and budget accountability.
• Experience leading multi-functional organizations including Operations, Quality, Materials, Planning, Contracts, and Customer Support.
• Proven track record of driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
• Strong customer-facing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Operations, Quality, Materials, Planning, Contracts, Customer Support and Personnel.
• Drive profitable growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead FAA Part 145 regulatory compliance and liaison with authorities.
• Set strategic direction and budget for a Part 145 repair station.
• Provide executive leadership as Accountable Manager.

COMPENSATION: $165,000 - $185,000 + Bonus

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Accountable Manager for a FAA Part 145 Component Repair Station in the College Park, GA area. This executive-level leader will have full responsibility for the operational, financial, technical, and regulatory performance of the repair station.

The successful candidate will serve as the senior leader of the business, overseeing all aspects of Operations, Quality, Materials, Planning, Contracts, Customer Support, and Personnel while driving profitable growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

This position is ideal for a proven aerospace leader who combines strong technical knowledge of FAA Part 145 operations with demonstrated P&L ownership and strategic business leadership.

IDEAL CANDATE PROFILE

Ideal candidates will have prior experience as an FAA-designated Accountable Manager, Director of Operations, General Manager, Site Director, Business Unit Leader, or senior operational leader within a Part 145 repair station environment.
