• Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, Planning, Contracts, Personnel).
• Meet strategic goals and performance objectives.
• Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligations.
• Act as the main contact for FAA relations.
• Maintain staffing levels.
• Ensure contract obligations and customers’ expectations are met.
• Upsell contract terms.
• Provide status reports to customers.
