Qualifications

• Must live within a 45-minute driving distance to the Beckley Service Center.
• Experience with energized and de-energized equipment up to 750+ volts with supervision.
• Knowledge of electrical drawings, prints, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction, maintenance, and testing of generation, transmission, and distribution facilities.
• Respond to emergency call-outs to restore service promptly.
• Use voltmeters, ohmmeters, ammeters, insulation megger, and similar test equipment.
• Install and maintain station equipment, conduit, cables, and wiring; climb structures.
• Maintain records and reports; participate in training.
