Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or Associate degree with 8 years related experience; or high school with 15 years related experience.
• Experience in station construction, operation and maintenance contexts.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop crews in safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, assign and supervise field work on station facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate training and coaching of employees in safe practices and procedures.
• Develop and oversee schedules, work plans and cost estimates for station projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
