Job summary

American Dining Creations is seeking a Station Cook in Utica, NY. You will set up, prepare, and serve menu items across stations such as Grill, Pizza, Deli, Salad Bar, and Seasonal offerings, delivering a memorable dining experience to guests.

Responsibilities include safe handling, stocking, POS operations, and ensuring food safety standards. Prior hospitality experience and a willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/food service experience.
• Basic knife skills a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and take on additional roles.

• Able to cross-train and cross-utilize skills.
• Safety and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Follow standards to prepare and serve menu offerings for designated station(s).
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Serve food and any goods per guest specifications.
• Store foods in designated areas with proper wrapping, dating, and rotation.
• Retain temperature logs and production records efficiently.
• Keep supplies replenished; restock coolers and take inventory as directed.
• Set up and breakdown stations; clean and sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to all state and local food production, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Remain focused on customer satisfaction by providing excellent service to guests, clients, and team members.
• Listen well and communicate professionally and友 friendly.
• Be efficient and organized.
• May operate POS to complete orders and package to-go items.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.

Summary: A Station Cook with American Dining Creations ensures exceptional dining through the set up, preparation, and serving of menu offerings to our guests. Stations may include Grill, Pizza, Deli, SaladBar, Seasonal, and Specialty menu items. By providing outstanding service, a smile, and amazing food,our Station Cooks create a memorable dining experience for our guests.
