Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Irving, TX is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to contribute to daily menu execution and high guest satisfaction.

You will prepare items according to recipes, set up mise en place, coordinate with the kitchen team, and ensure proper storage and food safety throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Meet with Sous Chef/Station Cook I to review assignments and anticipated business levels.
• Start prep on daily menu items and assist Line Cooks during the shift.
• Set up workstation with mise en place, tools, equipment and supplies.
• Break down stations and complete closing duties at shift end.
• Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and hotel requirements.
• Follow food handling guidelines.
