Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides training to new staff members and ongoing educational programs for staff.
• Assists in staff counseling and performance appraisals; completes competency assessments.
• Ensures safety, infection control, and sanitation standards.
• Prepares food and stations for designated specialty areas and menus.
• Plans menus for patients, cafeteria, and catering functions; develops production recipes.
• Monitors portion control and plating; maintains quality standards and presentation.
• Oversees inventory communication and equipment maintenance with chefs.
