Granby Ranch is seeking a Station Attendant for Winter 2026-2027 in Granby, Colorado. This seasonal full-time role runs mid-November through April, reporting to the Executive Sous Chef/Executive Chef. Pay is $16.50 per hour plus tips, with on-site duties including food service, prep, and kitchen upkeep.

Responsibilities include plating, maintaining station cleanliness, and adhering to safety and health codes. Employee housing may be available; benefits apply to year-round staff.

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour + tips

POSITION SUMMARY: The Station Attendant is responsible for friendly, efficient serving of food to guests as ordered in accordance with portion size and presentation as outlined by the chef. This position also assists with prep duties as assigned, maintains a clean and sanitized workstation, and assists with kitchen set up and clean up during every shift.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Education, Experience, And Certifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements And Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Dexterity for handling knives and other kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for duration of 8+ hour shift.
• Reaching, bending, sitting, standing, carrying, lifting.
• Verbal and auditory abilities necessary for communication with others.
• Communicate verbally and read English.
