Responsibilities include taking guest orders, handling transactions, stocking supplies, maintaining equipment, and complying with state health codes. Seasonal on-site work with benefits and tips are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques used in First Chair Café, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Understanding of espresso extraction, dialing in, and filter brewing processes.
• Basic knowledge of espresso machines and drip brewer operations.

Rate: $19 an hour + tips

Essential Job Functions:

• Take guest orders and prepare food and beverages according to specified standards
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Ensure the café is fully stocked with necessary supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all café equipment; report any issues or malfunctions daily
• Comply with all Colorado state health codes and safety regulations
