Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of experience in training coordination, event planning, or related areas.
Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, or statewide training initiatives strongly preferred.
A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.

Responsibilities

Oversees logistics for webinars, virtual trainings, academies, regional events, and statewide professional development initiatives.
Supports DEPDC trainers before, during, and after training events; handles scheduling, registration, attendance, and follow-up.
Provides operational support for virtual and hybrid training sessions (Zoom setup, monitoring, support, chat moderation, breakout rooms).
Collaborates with DEPDC Senior Program Manager and SHSU Online teams on outreach and engagement efforts.
