Job summary

Experience Champaign Urbana is seeking a trainer to deliver web-based and on-site trainings statewide, focusing on Intensive Home-Based services, Therapeutic Mentoring, MAP integration, Medicaid service introductions, and IM-CANS tools for children and families.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Clinical Quality Review team, development of intermediate/advanced trainings, and travel as needed to support Systems of Care initiatives across Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver intensive home-based service trainings statewide.
• Train Therapeutic Mentoring services and related tools statewide.
• Integrate MAP into Systems of Care statewide.
• Train on Medicaid services to support providers in development and implementation.
• Train on IM-CANS assessment and treatment planning tools.
• Assess agency challenges and develop strategies for implementing services and MAP tools (FBA, solution-focused approaches).
• Assist MAP users and MAP credentialed therapists.
• Collaborate with Clinical Quality Review to support implementation of IHB and Therapeutic Mentoring curricula.
• Develop trainings on FBA, solution-focused approaches and MAP tools for children and families.
• Provide SME feedback to Pathways Clinical and SOC Coordinators to guide curriculum and statewide strategies.
• Analyze training effectiveness as needed.
• Base trainings on Systems of Care (SoC) principles.
• Travel several days per week may be required.
