Job summary

University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is seeking a Pathways Training and Development Specialist to lead statewide trainings for MAP, SOC, and Related Services. This 100% full-time Academic Professional role involves on-site and web-based instruction, coaching, and ensuring fidelity of new clinical initiatives across Illinois.

The position requires a Master’s in social work, professional licensure, and certifications with MAP, IM+CANS, and SOC; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 1–3 years of Behavioral Health Services (Clinical) experience.
• LPHA status pursuant to 89 ILAC 140.453.
• IM+CANS trainer level certification within 90 days of hire.
• MAP Instructor credential within 90 days of hire.
• SOC trainer certification within 120 days of hiring.
• Illinois clinical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver web-based trainings and on-site trainings statewide.
• Train on Intensive Home-Based services, Therapeutic Mentoring, and MAP integration.
• Develop trainings on MAP tools and their relevance to treatment planning.
• Provide feedback as SME on new services and curriculum development.
• Travel statewide to support implementation and trainings.
