Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a Statewide Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our Missouri Regional Office in Jefferson City. This full-time role oversees CQI activities, collects and analyzes data through audits and interviews to monitor quality of service statewide.

The ideal candidate holds a healthcare-related bachelor’s degree, is licensed or eligible as a clinician, and has 2+ years leading multidisciplinary teams with knowledge of regulatory standards and policy development; CPR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health Sciences, Social Science, Program Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• Licensed physician, registered nurse, or other licensed clinician as approved by MODOC.
• Experience designing and implementing quality systems and QA practices.
• Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory/accreditation standards in healthcare.
• Experience developing policies or procedures.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience coordinating a multidisciplinary team.
• Current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR certification.
• Ability to pass background check and agency security clearance; drug testing per requirements.
• At least two years of correctional experience or correctional healthcare experience in a state system.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a full-time Statewide Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our team at the Missouri Regional Office located in Jefferson City, Missouri.The Statewide CQI Coordinator is responsible for implementing and overseeing all quality improvement activities by collecting and analyzing data through audits, interviews and other activities in order to monitor the quality and appropriateness of service delivery for statewide contract.
