Zusammenfassung

The GEO Group, a leading provider of rehabilitation and reentry services, seeks a State Quality Assurance and Training Manager for Maryland. You will coordinate reporting, compliance, and training initiatives across contracts, drive accreditation efforts, and improve program outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities include audits of documentation and treatment services, monitoring regulatory compliance, and developing CAPs while coordinating with the QA/Training Coordinator

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Research or Statistical Analysis, Human Services or related field.
• Experience with accreditations such as CARF and Licensure through BHA preferred.
• Two years of management and one year of training experience required.

Aufgaben

• Physically oversees accreditation/licensing standards across Maryland contracts.
• Conducts statewide audits of clinical documentation and treatment services.
• Monitors compliance with COMAR, DPSCS contracts, BHA licensing, NCCHC/CARF standards.
