Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking a CAMP Statewide Coordinator to support the CAMP Statewide Director in planning and coordinating program activities across California campuses. The role combines project management, writing, presenting, and high-level administrative support to strengthen partnerships and CAMP's multi-campus initiatives.

The successful candidate will plan the annual CAMP Statewide Symposium, assist with university-wide advisory board activities, and implement projects that advance CAMP’s

Qualifications

• Ability to work with a diverse group at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills to multi-task and coordinate events with demanding timeframes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong skills in analyzing, researching and synthesizing data for proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel and database knowledge.
• Knowledge of higher education policies and policy analysis techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in program development, implementation and evaluation.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
