Job summary

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking an experienced Opioid Treatment Program Administrator (Mental Health Administrator 4) to manage the statewide OTP network and oversee addiction-treatment services across Ohio.

This exempt, full-time role collaborates with state agencies, regulatory boards, and law enforcement to advance evidence‑based treatment, strengthen program oversight, and support diverse communities from Columbus.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health administration.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment and OTP networks.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the statewide Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) network.
• Provide regulatory oversight in partnership with Licensure and Certification.
• Interface with law enforcement and regulatory boards (DEA, State Pharmacy Board, Medical Board).
• Lead statewide efforts to expand evidence-based addiction treatment services.
• Collaborate with SAMHSA on OTP matters.
