• Oversee completion of in-depth assessments to determine levels of care for facilities and home and community services.
• Maintain program statistics and generate reports on performance and outcomes.
• Hire and train LTC Nurses and monitor workforce productivity.
• Provide health care instruction to individuals, families and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies in determinations.
