Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of direct professional experience; master’s may substitute for experience.
• Experience in developing, organizing and conducting face-to-face and online professional development activities.
• Experience in grant administration, project management or service project implementation.
• Experience building partnerships or managing stakeholder relationships with libraries or community-based orgs.
• Knowledge of community resources, government information, social services providers or public engagement practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and cloud-based collaboration tools.

• Provides statewide leadership for public library administrators, Friends groups, library foundations and community-library partnerships.
• Designs and delivers professional development including live training, virtual workshops, webinars, hybrid learning and course series.

• Monitors emerging trends and ensures content meets ADA standards and compliance.
