• Skill in public speaking and in-person/electronic presentations; marketing and outreach.
• Ability to analyze databases, prepare maps, and manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Conducts organizational studies and evaluations to support efficient operations in the Bureau of Public Land Administration.
• Improves customer service outreach to the department, public, and agencies.
• Tracks monthly/quarterly/annual performance data and prepares reports for managers.
