Job summary

Valle del Sol, Inc. seeks an experienced HLI Program Manager to lead and grow statewide leadership programs across Arizona.

You will manage day-to-day operations, recruit participants, and collaborate with community partners to advance leadership development and community impact. The role requires fundraising involvement, event coordination, and curriculum development support, with travel across Arizona and collaboration with the Director of Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required in the job description.
• Three (3) years of experience in program management, community engagement, nonprofit leadership, education, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience coordinating events, projects, or community initiatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of multiple leadership development programs.
• Recruit participants and build relationships with community organizations and leaders.
• Develop alumni engagement initiatives to keep graduates connected.
• Coordinate leadership events, workshops, graduations, and community activities.
• Assist with curriculum development and program improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, donors, and partners.
• Support fundraising activities, sponsorship development, and grants.
• Represent Valle del Sol and the Hispanic Leadership Institute across Arizona.
• Track outcomes, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.
