Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Addiction Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned behavioral health programs and service lines.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed and culturally responsive services.
• Support complex case consultation, risk management, crisis response, and clinical decision-making.
• Monitor service delivery practices and patient outcomes for regulatory compliance.
• Partner with staff to support clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• May provide direct clinical services as needed.
