Job summary

You will support movement, tracking, and reconciliation of equipment, forms, and supplies used statewide, contributing to operational continuity and service quality for Ohioans.

The role requires handling up to 25–30 pounds, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining precise records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain statewide inventory of agency hardware, peripherals, furniture, and equipment.
• Enforce inventory control procedures and salvage/disposal rules.
• Use IFMS and ServiceNow to track, reconcile, and manage stock.
• Pack, ship, and distribute agency forms and materials across locations.
• Load/unload shipments and move stock using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Perform annual and random physical inventories and verify system accuracy.
