Epworth Children's Home, Inc. seeks a qualified professional to facilitate self-help groups and parenting classes while delivering wraparound services for families. This role includes marketing the program, recruiting parents, site management, and guiding groups until peer leaders emerge.

The candidate will build the Circle of Parents statewide, collect and analyze data, and participate in intake and assessment for kinship families as needed. A strong reading and reporting ability is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional materials.
• Ability to manage groups and present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilitator for self-help groups.
• Lead parenting classes and provide wraparound services.
• Marketing, recruitment, and site management for the group.
• Develop activities for Circle of Parents and collect data.
• Assist intake and assessment for kinship families; may carry a small caseload.
• Provide wraparound support for the Institute of Child and Family Wellbeing.
