Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Five years experience working with children in the child welfare system.
• Prior experience with a child placing agency is highly desired.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and electronic communication; ability to learn database systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Foster Care program in the region.
• Provide supervision to Directors of Foster Care programs.
• Develop and promote best practices to ensure safety, security and quality care for clients.
