Job summary

Harbourmead in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Event Coordinator to join our on-site team. You’ll help plan and deliver corporate functions, promotional events and brand experiences across North Carolina, working hands-on from concept to completion.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach, and willingness to travel across the state, including evenings and weekends. You’ll collaborate with venues, suppliers and staff to ensure seamless events.

Qualifications

• Previous events or coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in events, hospitality, administration or project coordination is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating event schedules, venues and logistical arrangements
• Communicating with suppliers, venues and event staff
• Organising equipment, materials and transport requirements
• Attending events to oversee setup and daily operations
• Managing guest lists, registrations and event documentation
• Resolving last-minute issues and keeping activities on schedule
• Gathering feedback and preparing post-event reports
