Job summary

Advanced Employment Group in El Dorado Hills is hiring an Employment Specialist/Job Coach to support adults with developmental disabilities in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment. You will provide job training, coaching, accommodations, and employer support to ensure tasks are done accurately and independently. This part-time/full-time role offers an hourly rate with a bonus structure and statewide travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Special Education degree or experience beneficial.
Spanish speaking preferred.
Experience with young adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
Valid Driver’s License required for duration of employment.
Background screening and drug testing required.
Travel statewide with use of personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Must have home computer or tablet, smartphone and reliable internet.
