Job summary

ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. seeks a full-time Direct Supervision Escort Program Manager to oversee the Wisconsin statewide supervised release transport and monitoring program.

The role reports to the Vice President of Operations and manages the DSE team across multiple cities. Key duties include contract compliance, scheduling, data reporting, policy development, and collaboration with DOC, DHS, and law enforcement to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services or criminal justice required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising staff, preferably in multiple cities or locations.
• No felony/misdemeanor convictions. Not currently under DOC supervision.

Responsibilities

• Program leadership and day-to-day operations management with contract compliance.
• Coordinate across DOC, DHS, and law enforcement; attend meetings and provide program updates.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop transportation, monitoring, and administrative staff.
• Oversee budgeting, billing accuracy, and records management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
