Attic Correctional Services, Inc. is seeking a Direct Supervision Escort Program Manager to oversee Wisconsin-wide community-based transportation and monitoring for SR clients. You will coordinate operations, data, staff training, and reporting under the Vice President of Operations.

The role requires a 2-year degree minimum, two years of supervisory experience, valid driving credentials, and strong collaboration with DOC, DHS, and other agencies. Expect a full-time schedule and statewide travel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services or criminal justice is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing services to individuals in criminal justice, mental health, or related populations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising staff, preferably in multiple locations.
• Two years’ experience scheduling escort/transportation services.
• One year’s experience working cooperatively with other agencies.
• No felony/misdemeanor convictions and not under DOC supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the community-based Direct Supervision Escort program across Wisconsin.
• Ensure contract compliance, service delivery, scheduling, and cross-agency communication.
• Lead policy development and program planning with state partners.
• Supervise staff, train personnel, and manage performance and coaching.
• Oversee budget, billing accuracy, records, and quality control.
