Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in child welfare; OR
• Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus four years of experience in child welfare; OR
• A bachelor’s degree plus four years of experience in child welfare; OR
• An advanced degree in a social science or behavioral health field, nursing, or a juris doctorate plus three years of experience in child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative oversight and management for statewide CQI activities.
• Partners with regional and parish leadership to implement and revise solutions to practice challenges.
• Provides supervision and guidance to staff and leads regular meetings with staff and stakeholders.
• Manages CQI positions including recruiting, selecting, and developing staff per Civil Service Rules.
• Performs duties tied to agency strategic commitments, audit requirements, and system transformation efforts.
