Responsibilities

• Provide statewide leadership and oversight for Early Childhood and Foster Care programs.
• Collaborate with LEAs and cross-functional teams to monitor performance and ensure compliance.
• Develop and deliver technical assistance, training, and guidance on program requirements.
• Coordinate data collection, reporting, and data-driven improvement efforts.
• Monitor LEA implementation and support corrective action when needed.
• Develop training materials and facilitate meetings and presentations.
